ADMISSION PROCESS
The
following steps outline the admission process:

STEP ONE:
|
Contact the school at (323) 728-4119 to determine
availability of space for your child.
|

STEP TWO:
|
Stop by the school office to obtain an application
for admission.
|
|
STEP THREE:
|
Complete, sign and return the application for
admission.
|
|
STEP FOUR:
|
Schedule an appointment for testing to determine
grade level performance. ($20.00 non-refundable
testing fee)
|
|
STEP FIVE:
|
After testing, schedule an appointment with the
principal to review the test results.
|
|
STEP SIX:

|
Upon acceptance for admission, be prepared to:
• Pay a registration fee (which is nonrefundable)
• Provide a copy of your child’s official birth
certificate
• Provide a copy of your
child’s
official immunization record.
